2. Description of Service

ADHD Ultimate is a web-based application that provides progress tracking, gamification, and productivity tools designed for adults with ADHD. The service includes both free and premium features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the app features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly displayed at the point of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The ADHD Ultimate service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by ADHD Ultimate and protected by intellectual property laws. Your user-generated content (tracker data, notes, etc.) remains yours.

7. Disclaimer

ADHD Ultimate is a productivity and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions related to ADHD.

8. Limitation of Liability

ADHD Ultimate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
