When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in via a social provider (Google, Facebook, or X), we receive your name and email from that provider.

When you use the app, we store the data you enter: tracker ratings, notes, wins, challenges, goals, and XP/level progress. This data is stored securely in our database and is only accessible by you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the ADHD Ultimate service
• Save your progress and sync it across devices
• Send important account notifications
• Improve our service based on anonymous usage patterns

3. Data Security

Your data is protected by row-level security (RLS) policies in our database. This means that even at the database level, your data can only be accessed by your authenticated account. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting (EU data centers)
• Cloudflare — Hosting and content delivery
• Paddle — Payment processing (for future premium features)

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

ADHD Ultimate is designed for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
